Hi today I have a little
tutorial over at the Whiff of Joy Inspirations Blog on how to make an apple shaped card. With back to school around
the corner I thought I'd make a few for my kids teachers. I used
Elisabeth Bell's An Apple for you stamp from Whiff of Joy.
The stamp is coloured with copics and the papers are K & Company and DCWV. Punch is Martha Stewart Lace Punch!

So cute!! I'm checking out that tute, I love shaped cards, but never quite know how to get them done and look good! Love the green lacey border!

What a lovely idea, Lori! I have some apple die cuts I have been saving for years now for school scrapbooking pages. I never thought to make them into a card until I saw your apple card. Lovely job coloring the image, and I adore the lace punch too! :) Hugs, kelly
ReplyDeleteI love it! What a nifty idea for "back to school", or a teacher present. Thanks for the link to the tute, Donna
