Our new kitty and a card...

 

I'd  like to introduce you to our new kitten, we decided on Piper as her name. She is growing up way too fast and is already looking like a big grown up cat!  The kids love having a playful kitten around. We mysteriously lost both our cats this past summer one early on and the other later. Neither came back.  So she is kind of filling the void. She won't be let outside though, can't take the heartbreak of something happening to her. Isn't she sweet?

 Today I wanted to share a simple card I made for a past issue of the Whimsy Stamps Inspiration Magazine. This stamp is by Crissy Armstrong and is called Best of Friends. There is also a girl version of this stamp, but this one really reminded me of my boys. I coloured with copics and used some Close to my heart papers and kept it all neutral. The Memory sentiment is a sticker I had laying around.  The beautiful ribbon was a gift from Ann Vento, I love it!

Okay off to enjoy some peanut butter toast and skim milk yummmm!
