Hip-Hippo-Ray!!!!

What a busy day. I had to get rush this morning getting everyone ready for the day. I had to leave home early to head to the city for a Doctors Appointment. Then for a quick lunch with my Mom and son. My Mom met us at the Doctors to occupy Chase while I saw the doctor which was an hour behind schedule. We had a great lunch at a little spot near the office. Then headed to Chase's cast appointment. He finally had is full leg cast removed (it's been 6 weeks), and has a new shorter cast with a walking sandal (he's still not sure about that part). But OMG he looks like a snake the top of his leg where the old cast was is shedding like a snake. He was even scraping it off with a credit card in Costco, I was soooo embarassed....lol. We stopped at the Thrift Store after and found some great treasures, a Ballet Dance DVD for my 4 year old daughter, and some Goosebumps books for Drake. And Chase picked Slinky (a replica of the dog from Toy Story), he's soooo cute! My highlight was finding a National Geographic from October 2000 (my oldest son's month/year) and Chase's (May 2003), none for my daughter, but I found myself another copy of the 1997 November issue which has a great photolayout of a 90 day journey by Jim Brandenburg....blah blah....blah... okay well I had fun....lol

Okay enough rambling... this card is for Fairy Fun Friday colour thme - and this one of Roberta's new releases - Helen Hippo. I really wanted to bling her up and make her girly. I added rhinestones to her tiara, the flowers, the sentiment, the corner, well you get the Add Imagepicture...super girly!!!!! Sketch is Paper Sundaes, Simon Says challenge - for a child.
