What an easy challenge this week over at the DCD Christmas Blog. Digital Christmas and this week we are sponsored by the lovely Prairie Fairy, I used this little snowman which I love and he is available in the Prairie Fairy shop here... I paper pieced his hat with Cosmo Cricket Christmas papers which are what all the DPs are. I really love this Juniper colour so added some flowers and ribbon in that colour. The sentiment is available at Whimsy the pearls are from Michaels and of course stickles everywhere. My 10 year old had his first school dance last night...OMG they grow up way too fast... and he has his first hockey game of the season today. So I'll catch up with you later. Off to my watercolouring class which is taught by the amazing Prairie Fairy, I'll let you know how I fair. Beautiful work! I remember my boys' first school dance. All the boys went in their regular clothes cuz "why would I need to get all dressed up?". So there they were, in their sweats, with their faces barely washed, and the girls had one fancy dressed, pink feather boas, high heeled shoes....the contrast was so amazing, it still makes me chuckle today.
