Thurdsay, yay! I'm hoping to take the next few days off of work and head to a hotel with DH and the kids, we've been cooped up too long. But in the meantime I saw the Hat challenge at Simon Says Stamp and Show and thought I'd make a crown shaped card for DD to give to her friends birthday! I used the shape from Sleeping Beauty's crown, but I'm afraid the way I placed the bow and Tilda you can't really tell it's a crown. Hmmm what can I tell you.... The feather bottom of the crown is from DD's stash. I added rhinestones all over. The cute Tiara print DP is embossed and shiny, love it! Tilda is coloured with copics and then stickled! Flowers are all Wild Orchid Crafts! I am also entering this at....Clear It Out! - Flowers, Flowers & more Flowers, Incy Wincy Designs - Sparkle and Shine, Magical Mondays - - use a shaped card, Stamping Scrapping Central - - Sparkle, Stamp, Scrap and Doodle - Inspiration, Just Magnolia - Gems, Flowers, ribbon, Amber's Crafts and Stuff - use flowers, Creative Card Crew - for a child, Paper Pretties -bling.

Very cute! I could totally tell it was a crown even with the placment of the bow and the image. I think any little princess would want to strap it on and wear it around all day.
