So there you have it our new theme at the Prairie Fairy Friday blog. April showers bring May flowers. Well I have to say I can't wait to start planting my flowers, but I always wait until June 1st, just in case the frost comes too early. This little sunflower fell out of my craft stash and it inspired me to choose this image and set the colour palette. I love the simple design just letting the image shine. I even wanted to leave off the two flowers but since they were my inspiration I added them. The beautiful shape is from Susie's Die Cut Dreams Store. I coloured the flowers with copics. But I used my prismacolour pencils on the barrel.
